There are 30M+ unemployment claims. At the end of 2019, women held just over half of all payroll jobs, for only the second time in history. Now, women now account for 49.7% of the workforce. According to the Economic Policy Institute, women represent 52.2% to 55.8% of overall claims and 7.8 to 8.4 million claimants.


This is for every Black woman in corporate America. For the frustrated job seeker. I see you. I understand. I’ve been there. Don’t Give up.
