Happy Black History Month! Is it just me or did January seem like the longest month ever? I'm over this Pandemic and Quarantine life. My energy is low, I'm holding on to whatever strength I have left to keep my spirits high, maintain my Peace, and be motivated. Wheeeew!

Honestly, I'm doing nothing special for Black History month. I mean - I'm Black everyday (that's enough). So, this month I am recommitting to my Growth and Glow. It's hard out here y'all - be kind to yourself and to others.
